Bradley A. Sanders

Adolescent Complex

Bradley A. Sanders Adolescent Complex provides acute psychiatric services and chemical dependency services to adolescent males ranging in age from 12 to 17 years, 11 months.

Opened in  July 2002, the new facility is presently located on a 65-acre, wooded campus with an adjacent lake, located approximately one mile from the main EMSH  campus. The campus is comprised of a Clinical Building, two Patient Residential Buildings housing 25 patients each, an Educational/Recreation Building and a Gatehouse.

The complex was dedicated in recognition of a gentleman who had 36 years of state service with 23 of those with the Department of Mental Health. In 1998, Mr. Sanders was appointed to the Mississippi Department of Mental Health Board which he faithfully served.  Mr. Sanders and his wife are still active supporters of DMH.
